刘烁华，女，1995年8月出生，博士，讲师，2024年毕业于西北农林科技大学，获得管理学博士学位，以第一作者发表论文5篇，主持市厅级课题1项、校级课题1项，参与3项国家级课题。
一、主要研究方向
资源经济与环境管理，财务绩效分析，环境会计学。
